Class of 2028 Rosenthal Photography Senior Rep Team.
This program was created to give seniors more than one traditional portrait session. Throughout the year, our team will celebrate senior milestones, participate in creative themed shoots, build new friendships, and create images that feel unique to each member.

Your Next Steps
Review and sign the Senior Rep Agreement.
Please sign the agreement no later than 7 days after submitting. If they are not completed by the deadline, your position may be offered to another applicant. Your position is not officially guaranteed until the Senior Rep Agreement has been signed by both the senior and a parent or guardian and the deposit has been received.

Begin preparing for our first welcome event.
Wear your prettiest floral-patterned dress or floral-inspired outfit. During this event, everyone will meet for the first time, participate in team activities, and take their official Senior Rep portraits for the team announcement.
Snacks, games, and additional welcome activities will also be included.
Investment
What Is the Investment Requirement?
The total Senior Rep Team membership investment is:
$500.
A $200 deposit is required at the time your contract is sent to secure your spot as a Class of 2027 Senior Rep.
Your deposit applies toward the total program investment and officially reserves your place on the team, as spots are limited.

Senior Rep Team Expectations
As a Rosenthal Photography Senior Representative, you are expected to enthusiastically promote Rosenthal Photography and share your positive experience with friends, classmates, family members, and others in your community.
Your commitment to the Senior Rep Team will begin with our first team session and continue throughout the entire senior photo season, ending on Graduation Day with our last group session.
During your time on the team, you agree to
- Represent Rosenthal Photography positively at your school, online, and within your community.
- Spread the word about Rosenthal Photography by sharing posts, tagging the business, and encouraging classmates to book their senior portraits.
- Follow and engage with Rosenthal Photography on Instagram and Facebook. If you do not have social media, a parent or guardian will need to follow the business pages.
- Post or share content featuring Rosenthal Photography at least once each week. Senior Sunday is a great opportunity to share one of your photos, tag Rosenthal Photography, and tell others about your experience.
- Allow Rosenthal Photography to follow your public social media accounts so shared content and tags can be seen and reposted.
- Remain exclusive to Rosenthal Photography for your senior portraits throughout the program. Senior Representatives may not complete or promote a senior portrait session with another photographer during the contracted term.
- Actively participate in the Senior Rep Team group chat by responding to messages, contributing ideas, and communicating with the team—not simply reading the messages.
- Attend the required team sessions, events, and activities outlined in the program.
- Encourage current underclassmen to apply for the Rosenthal Photography Senior Rep Team for the following graduating class.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and encouraging attitude while representing Rosenthal Photography.
Social Media Expectations
Social media is an important part of being a Senior Representative.
Reps should regularly share their experience, professional images, upcoming Rosenthal Photography opportunities, and team announcements.
Senior Sunday is a great time to post a portrait, share your experience, and encourage classmates to learn more.
When posting, please:
Tag Rosenthal Photography in the image and caption.
Use the correct business handle.
Keep captions positive and appropriate.
Share major announcements and session opportunities.
Leave professional images unedited.
Do not apply filters, presets, screenshots, or color changes.

Please do not share private group messages, team details, personal information, phone numbers, or unannounced session concepts outside the group.
Parents will receive important payment, contract, schedule, and safety information separately by email.
Outfit and Styling Guidelines
Every session will include specific styling instructions. Following the requested theme helps the final team gallery look intentional and cohesive.
General styling recommendations include:
Wear clothing that fits comfortably and allows movement.
Avoid large logos, distracting wording, and extremely busy patterns unless requested.
Steam or iron clothing before arriving.
Bring clean shoes.
Wear appropriate undergarments.
Remove hair ties from wrists before photos.
Clean glasses before the session.
Bring a hairbrush, lip product, powder, and other touch-up items.
Bring comfortable walking shoes when the location requires walking.
Send outfit photos for approval when requested.
Do not make major changes to an assigned outfit or color palette without approval.
For themed team shoots, please wait for final instructions before purchasing outfits, props, or accessories.
Image Delivery and Sharing
After each session, images will be delivered through a private online gallery.
Estimated Delivery
Full Gallery: Within approximately 4 weeks
Delivery times may vary during busy seasons or for larger team events.
Representatives and parents may download and share delivered images for personal use.
Rosenthal Photography retains the copyright to all images.
When sharing images:
Download the high-resolution file from the gallery.
Do not screenshot images from the gallery.
Do not apply filters or additional editing.
Do not remove watermarks.
Do not alter the colors, crop, or appearance in a way that changes the photographer’s work.
Tag Rosenthal Photography whenever possible.
Print rights are included for personal use. Images may not be sold, submitted to another business for advertising, or used commercially without written permission.
Information for Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians play an important role in helping the Senior Rep experience remain organized and safe.
Parents are responsible for:
Reviewing and signing the Senior Rep Agreement
Completing payments by the stated deadlines
Providing accurate emergency contact information
Informing Rosenthal Photography of allergies or relevant medical needs
Arranging safe and timely transportation
Reviewing event details with the senior
Communicating schedule conflicts as early as possible
Ensuring the senior understands the program expectations
Picking up the senior promptly after events
Informing Rosenthal Photography of any changes to contact information
Parents are welcome to contact Rosenthal Photography with questions about payments, scheduling, safety, image use, or program requirements.
Parent attendance at sessions may vary depending on the event and location. Specific instructions will be shared before each event.
FAQ
Is the $200 deposit refundable?
No. The $200 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total $600 membership investment. It secures the senior’s place on the team and covers planning and administrative preparation.
When is my position officially secured?
Your position is officially secured once the Senior Rep Agreement has been signed by the senior and parent or guardian and the $200 deposit has been paid.
Can I use another photographer during the program?
Senior Representatives agree to remain exclusive to Rosenthal Photography for senior portrait sessions during the contracted program term.
This does not prevent participation in required school photographs, yearbook photographs, sports media days, or casual photographs taken by friends and family.
Are all sessions required?
Some sessions will be required and others will be optional. Each session announcement will clearly explain participation expectations.
What happens if I cannot attend a required session?
Notify Rosenthal Photography as soon as possible. Alternative dates or individual make-up sessions are not guaranteed. Repeated absences or lack of communication may affect continued participation in the program
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, unsafe heat, severe weather, or unsuitable location conditions.
Updated information will be sent through the team group chat and parent email.
Can my parent attend?
Parent attendance will depend on the event, location, and session structure. Parents will receive specific instructions before each event.
Can friends, siblings, or dates join a session?
Only when the specific session allows it. Team shoots are generally limited to official representatives unless otherwise announced.
Can I edit my delivered photos?
No. Filters, presets, screenshots, color changes, face-altering applications, and additional edits are not permitted.
When will we receive our photos?
Sneak peeks and gallery timelines will be communicated for each event. Most galleries will be delivered within the estimated timeline listed above.
What happens if I leave the team?
The deposit and payments already made are non-refundable. Additional terms regarding withdrawal, removal, and remaining balances are included in the signed Senior Rep Agreement.
